How to apply

1.  Please send an email with the details of your request. We will email you back with the estimates of your plan if you need.
2.  An agreement will be required on your application. We will process all the agreement flow online, so please make sure that you read through all the contents of your agreement before documenting your signature.
3. A payment will be occured at applying. Paypal available. Your investigation team will start the survey process right after your payment is processed correctly.

Paypal available. If you already have an account, you can easily pay or even if it is your first time, we can send a payment guide. Before you make a payment, we will email the invoice and by the email you can begin to make a payment.

How to pay by Paypal

1. If you already have an account, please login with your email address or phone number.
2. If you are new to Paypal, you can sign up and create a new account.
3. You can choose a payment method and click “accept and continue”. If you just create a new account, you can follow the same procedure. 
4. Once your request is accepted and valid at Paypal, all processes is completed.

About evidence report

Evidence reproting

You have two options of evidnece reporting at signing your agreement; conversational report or documentation report. A conversational report would be good for simple and no-visible evidence cases such as Background check. While other cases are necessary for photos and videos such as Behavior investigation or Evidence acquisition. In the case, we will email the document and PDF.

Final report session

After all process of investigations, we provide you an evidence report. It has all information obtained by our survey and that is highly confidential. Please beware of handling it carefully.

Cancellation policy

We will offer the meeting for cancel policy recognition before your agreement completed. All the cancellation,  except the case of errors caused by our team member’s mistakes, are not acceptable. Please make sure to read through and understand all the policy before signing on your agreement.
 

Cancellation after investigation started

Cancellation after your agreement completed and invetigation stated is NOT acceptable. Any other cases, except it caused by the investigation team member’s mistakes, are also NOT accepting cancellation offers.

Information handling

Evidence report management

At handling information of evidence repot, there are some rules due to privacy policy. You can’t use the information obtained from us for other purposes. You might be required to dispose of our evidence report after using it for your purposes or manage its security.

Important notes on the contract

There are some cases that we can’t accept your request which are followed below. Even if it is found after all the contract are processed, we have to cancel or decline your request. In this case, we will NOT refund the fee you payed. Please tell your true purpose at the first consultation with us.

Criminal purpose

• Revenge purpose
• Any kind of discrimination purpose
• Illegal or injustice purpose
• Against to public order and morals purpose

Private information about clients

We will regulary inform you about our services via emails, but if you request, we will stop sending it.

Our privacy policy

We will not disclosure all the information obtained from clients except situations below;

• A case on clients’ agreement
• Necessary cooperation on legal requests
• Not on clients’ agreement, but emergency situation where someone in trouble of human life or asset protection
• A case transforming to another agency from us
• A case of the Detective agency’s M&A or other management action occur

This law prohibits detectives from disclosing any confidential information they acquire during their work unless there is a legitimate reason.

Confidentiality Obligations under Article 10

Under Japanese law, detectives are required to strictly safeguard all personal information obtained during their investigations, including that of both subjects and clients.Even after leaving the profession, this duty of confidentiality continues for life.Therefore, any information provided by clients is continuously protected under legal frameworks.

Scope and Purpose of Case Editing

To prevent individuals involved from being identified, we make careful adjustments to sensitive details such as names, occupations, regions, and family structures in the case examples.In some instances, multiple consultations may be merged into a single representative case. These edits are limited to non-essential details and are intended to protect privacy while accurately conveying the core issues, so that others facing similar problems can benefit.
