Is clients privacy protected?

Detective law, article 10, states anyone at private investigation is prohibited to bring out all information obtained through investigation, even after they left the industry. We have responsibility to hold your private information sensitively.

Are substitute requests avaiable?

Unfortunately, we don’t accept requests from substitutes. If you have any issues with applying, please feel free to contact us first.

How does retainer fee work?

The retainer fee is depends on your plan including which type of invetigation should be, how long it should be, how many investigators are assigned. For example, if the investigation types are the same but different total hours make a difference in cost. If you are curious how much total cost it would be in your case, please feel free to ask us. We can offer some plans and different estimates without charge.

How to get cost-effective investigation?

We try to make multipul plans so that you can choose the best fitting with your budget. Also, the initial information from clients is very important to decide where we start an investigation and how we handle the plan, so please bring as much information as you have.

Is there any invaild requests?

We cannot accept any requests related to crime, discrimination, other violence purpose.

What if the investigation is faild?

If any errors occur during investigation by investigators’ misstakes, we process along the contract. Refund or re-investigation would be considerable correspondences.
