He said that he will have an online session on how to create a cartoon, so I decided to join. We had two Skype sessions and he asked me to pay the bill of deposit and monthly fee so I did. But right after my payment was completed, he disappeared and I lost the way to contact him. Is there any way that I can find him?

My investigator started his surveillance with the information of his name and Skype ID. At the first consultation, the investigator told me that there is a little hope that they can reach out but I bet on the possibility. The first trigger was they found similar cases reported by foreigners and it boosted their investigation. I ended up with paying back from the Japanese guy.
