Survey for a new Japanese employee due to a new project in Japan: Washington 40s male

I’m considering to launch new business in Japan and looking for a capable Japanese to manage this project. The recruitment agency, which I have known for a long time, introduced me to a Japanese man but I only talked to him via video meeting and have no opportunity to see him in person. So I just want to make sure if he is appropriate.

Their evidence report said that he quit a job before due to his person problems, so I decided not to hire him. I’m still looking for someone appropriate, besides that, they are still helping me out.

We had an issue at stocking from Japanese company before. We had never received products. At this time of dealing with different Japanese company, we don’t want to have doubts.

Case3;Looking for the average price in Japan

Investigation of average prices: Oregon 40s male

To import Japanese products for my own restaurant, I have researched the average price. It was way higher than I expected so I asked a buyer to purchase it at a reasonable price but he couldn’t deal with it. I can’t afford to handle that much of running cost so I decided to have an investigator to see the true average market price.

By their investigation, it is found that the buyer’s asking price had a huge profit for himself and the market price was affordable. They also helped me to find a trustworthy agency where I can import from.
