Flat fee of hiring us

In general, each detective company has own flat fee, which is defined as based on how long the term of investigation would be, how many investigators your case will need, and if your case needs any professional equipments.

Cost breakdown

These are the considerable items to cost;

Retainer fee : Basic charge for investigation
Preparation fee for investigation
Additional fee : Occurs when we find unexpected facts. We will not charge you without your permission, but also we cannot continue investigation till your conduct.
Deposit
Contingency fee
Actual expense fee

The total cost can be simplyfied “basic flat fee + optional fee”.

Notes on payment

Notice

It is difficult to categorize the problems if the information or evidence can be gathered by individuals or only by professionals. At the end of investigation, some people may confuse why they need to make a payment for the result they may be able to obtain by themselves. We strongly recommend to consider well if your case needs professional skills and acknowledge before hiring a private investigation, because the payment will happen once the contract occurs, even if the result was not what you expect.

We understand you may be behind of contact with a private agency because of the cost problem, but it is not always high cost to hire an investigator if you choose a correct plan with having properly knowledge. We can offer multiple plans which fits your budget.

Cheaper is not always the best. The proper plan is the one you should choose.

We have two systems for pricing. The consultation for details of pricing systems is also no charge so please feel free to contact us.

1, Deposit + other fee plan

Once we receive a deposit, we start an investigation. When all processes are completed and report about information and evidence to clients, the rest of payment will occur.

2, Guarantee plan

If you still hesitate to hire a private investigation, this is the best plan for you. In general, agencies charge for processes, not outcomes. On the other hand, the point clients are worried about is if the outcome they expect surely occurs. Due to filling this gap, we offer the Guarantee plan, which is we promise a certain outcome at the contract. The total cost would vary depending on your situation, so please feel free to contact us and ask questions.

The fee in the list below is the minimum cost in limited terms. The total cost would vary depending on your case, for example, how many investigators your case necessarily hires, how long the investigation would be, and if other equipment will be needed by investigators. Also, this list is just for retainer fee, and we don’t accept the request with only retainer fee. Please make sure that there are other costs you will be charged.
